Dunkin' Marketing Analysis

I dove into Dunkin's digital presence, email marketing, and mobile app. After I completed my research I put together a Marketing Analysis of my findings.
Process
I looked into the history of Dunkin, and its social media presence- including influencer marketing, engagement rates, and communication practices. I researched the mobile app, and website traffic along with SEO and SEM. I took a look at Dunkin’s paid, earned, and owned media regarding their online and offline marketing styles. Lastly, I looked at the variety of banner ads and email marketing that Dunkin does.
Research
During this project, I learned to use various online platforms such as MailChart, Rival IQ, the 36 Rules of Social Media, Spy Fu, Similar Web, and many more.
Outcome
This experience has broadened my digital marketing skills and I learned the behind-the-scenes of Email Marketing, A/B Testing, Influencer Marketing, and Ad Creation.
